We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in the sun. The kids had a great time running around the backyard without shirts (or anything on as is the case with Autumn these days).

The weather has been pretty wonky here in SJ, Cali. The past weekend was so hot I couldn’t stay home and went begging for friends to invite us over to swim… I wonder if Lynda was home, Brett?! I should’ve checked with her too! 🙂 In the end, the children and I did find refuge at a friend’s pool. We invited ourselves to dinner each night! hahaha! (okay, i wasn’t kidding, we really did stay til dinner because it was soooo hot at our non air conditioned home!!!!)

We don’t have to worry about such things in Seattle. : )
We reached 70 degrees the past few days and that was perfect. Even in the worse of it (late Aug to mid Sept) we may hit 90 a few times but mostly it’s rain and 60s for us.
